German born music producer and super star DJ Robin Schulz exploded onto the dance music scene in 2014 with his first commercial release of 'Waves' by Dutch rapper Mr. Probz resulting in six European number ones. This was quickly followed up with his uber-hit club-ready remix of French indie band Lilly Wood & the Prick 'Prayer in C' which went straight to number one in ten European countries. To date Robin has had number one hits in over 20 countries and been awarded over 250 Gold and Platinum certifications as well over a billion streams to his name.
Born in the small city of Osnabrück Robin was mastering his unique style of 'Tropical House' at the age of 17 and in less than a decade he had established himself as Germany's most successful music prodigy and has collaborated with all the top names in the music business including David Guetta, James Blunt, Piso 21, HUGEL and Erika Sirola to name a few.
It would be fair to call the four time German ECHO award-winner a true pop phenomenon and his relentless schedule sees him bringing his music to loyal followers around the globe.
Despite all his successes and the many frequent flyer miles collected along the way, Robin Schulz has managed to keep both feet planted firmly on the ground, remaining true to his Osnabrück roots. When asked what he’s most proud of, he answers: “That I’ve managed to keep the same group of friends and that I’ve shown that anything is possible in music. There’s a lot left for me to achieve, many paths to take and goals to pursue. As long as you keep on having fun and working hard there’s sure to be a few more reasons to celebrate.”
